WHO ARE WE?

Fountain Hills/Pacific Meadows Homeowners' Association consists of
four adjoining housing areas, Fountain Hills I, II, and III, and Pacific Meadows I, all located in the southwest area of Omaha, Nebraska.

The above areas are governed by the Fountain Hills/Pacific Meadows Homeowners' Association, a volunteer group whose sole purpose is to promote and maintain the quality of life for all its residents.

The Homeowners' Association is led by a Board of Directors,
which is elected annually at a meeting of the membership. All members of the Board must be residents of Fountain Hills or Pacific Meadows I.
The Board meets about once a month and meetings are open to the public.

FH/PM Homeowner's Association publishes a directory and a newsletter for the area, organizes events for the residents, and keeps our area up to date on issues of concern (like traffic and construction.)

NOTE: (Pacific Meadows II and III are in a different association.)
