FH & PM Homeowner's Association Newsletter

Hello from your new homeowner's board! At the annual meeting in January no one present was interested in serving on the board so no election was held. The new board members volunteered to serve as officers in order to keep the homeowner's association functioning and continue neighborhood activities.

This year will bring many fun social events and activities that will allow you to meet new friends and neighbors that live within the Pacific Meadows/Fountain Hills neighborhood. We welcome everyone's participation. The more the merrier!

If you have any ideas or suggestions that you think would help to make our neighborhood a better place to live, please submit them via email to pacificmeadows@hotmail.com. Let us know if we can use your e-mail address for passing on more news.

EASTER EGG HUNT

The annual Pacific Meadows/Fountain Hills Easter Egg Hunt for kids 5th grade and under will be held on Saturday, April 7th at 3:30pm in the park. Each child should bring their own basket to collect eggs and treasures! Refreshments will be provided. If you are interested in helping with this event, please call Chairperson Joanne Johnson at 334-7991. Raindate: Sunday, April 8th at 3:30pm.

UPCOMING EVENTS

There are many other fun-filled activities for which we need committee chairs to help organize and manage. If you are interested in participating please contact Don Kubick @ 333-0481. You may also reach him via e-mail at toyluv@worldnet.att.net. The events planned for this year are listed below:

  • Garage Sale, June 21-23rd
  • Fourth of July Parade, July 4th
  • FH/PM Picnic, September 22nd
  • Park Clean Up Day, (no date set yet)
  • Membership Drive, Ongoing

MEMBERSHIP DRIVE

Please complete the attached membership form for the neighborhood directory if you are new to the neighborhood or if you have any changes. If the information listed for your household in the current directory is unchanged, it will be printed as is. Please complete this form and mail by May 1st to the e-mail address or the FH/PM Association mailbox listed on the front of the newsletter. Membership dues will again be $20 and you will receive one of the new directories when joining.
