ARE YOU HAVING COVENANT PROBLEMS ?
Before you call us, please take the following steps first: If the problem concerns a neighbor, you should first approach the neighbor and see what you can work out together. If, however, it is definitely a neighborhood problem, you should then determine if it comes under the auspices of the city of Omaha or if it is a FH/PM covenant issue.
If it is a city issue, please call or email the Mayor's hotline.
*If it truly is a covenants issue, call.

To always call before making any major changes (i.e. paint)
to the outside of your house or yard.
